Booking Your Holiday

Q: What's included in my holiday?

Within the price of your holiday, you can enjoy FREE and unlimited use of:

Swimming Pool including the jacuzzi and baby pool

Outdoor Play Areas

Use of the games room

Entertainment provided by the Bar & Grill 

Linen and towels are included free of charge for our guests staying in the cottages.

Q: If our party details change, do we need to let Cambrian Coast know?

Yes, please do let us know as soon as possible if your party details change. We will endeavour to make the necessary amendments and will forward you a revised confirmation letter. We reserve the right to charge £25 per amendment to your original booking.

Q: Can we pay on arrival/ departure?

We ask that all bookings are paid in full before arrival.

Q: Are the tariffs quoted on this website per person?

Our prices are quoted per cottage, as we do not charge per person. 

Q: What is the minimum number of nights you can stay?

Our breaks are usually from Monday- Friday, Friday to Monday and Saturday to Saturday. We can on occasions, depending on availability offer shorter durations but this is at the discretion of Management. Please give us a call if you would like to book a duration outside of the set dates above.

Q: I need to book more than one accommodation unit?

Please call us on 01970 871233 as multiple units cannot currently be booked online.


Arriving at Cambrian Coast

Q: What public transport is available to and from Cambrian Coast?

The 512 bus service from Aberystwyth or Borth passes the end of our drive. A timetable is available should you wish to have a copy. There is a train station in Borth itself which is a short drive away from the park.

Q: What time can we arrive at Cambrian Coast?

You are welcome to arrive and use our facilities from 12pm. We aim to have your accommodation ready for your arrival by 4pm. An early check upgrade in is available on request but is subject to demand.

Q: Can we bring pets?

Yes, of course! We have two cottages that are dog friendly. The Croft which sleeps up to 6 and The Dairy that sleeps 4. Dogs must be supervised at all times. When out and about, dogs must be kept on leads and any fouling must be picked up after them. Our Bar & Grill is also dog friendly so remember to take them with you; our team love a cuddle!

Q: Can we park our cars outside our accommodation?

There are designated spaces outside each cottage. Should you need additional parking, there is ample parking outside reception.  

Q: Do we need to provide our own bed linen and towels?

Linen and bath towels are provided free of charge. The only towels you will need to bring with you are kitchen towels and beach towels.


During Your Holiday

Q: Can I access Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have a free Wi-Fi service for general internet browsing. This can be picked up around the park. The password for this service will be in your welcome pack that you get on arrival. Connection speed for the free Wi-Fi will vary depending on device and location. We do also have a premium Wi-Fi service. This is chargeable at £10 for 10GB or 7 days, whichever is sooner. This can be purchased through your settings on your phone. 

Q: Can friends and relatives come and visit us whilst we are staying at Cambrian Coast?

Yes, of course. We ask that all arrivals and departures check-in and out by calling our office on 01970 871233 or by popping into reception. To ensure the privacy and safety of our guests we are unable to give guest details to any day visitors.

Q: Can children of any age use the swimming pool?

Everyone is welcome to use the swimming pool. In accordance with the Health and Safety Executive the following swim ratios must be adhered to: 1 adult and 1 child under three years old and 1 adult to 2 children aged 4-7 years old. Children 8 - 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. All persons who intend on going swimming must check in at reception to obtain a key which then will give entry to the main pool building. 

Q: Do we need to pre-book a table for the Bar & Grill?

To avoid disappointment, we do suggest that guests pre-book table reservations. We can get exceptionally busy at times.


Leaving Cambrian Coast

Your accommodation must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
